Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team

We are a modern general dentist office located in Brookline, MA offering cosmetic and restorative dentistry, root canals, Invisalign, extractions, and implants. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a warm, friendly, and supportive environment.

Clinical Hours: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Tue: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Morning meeting begins 15 minutes before clinic start

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. You will work chairside with the dentist, assist with a variety of procedures, and play a key role in ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, rooms, and equipment
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos (experience preferred)
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions
• Support front office team as needed
• Deliver excellent patient care and service
