Office Administrator Job Description
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and facilitate all administrative aspects of the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, and take messages.
- Greet and interact with vendors, clients, and others related to office operations in a positive and effective manner.
- Input and update data into company software systems (ADP, Deltek, etc.)
- Assist with office supply and snack ordering within the monthly budget.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and special deliveries.
- Support staff with administrative needs.
- Assist technical and field services staff with project management and project related tasks as assigned.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events.
- Coordinate and support document preparation, copying, scanning, filing, faxing, corporate branding, presentation, and quality assurance as assigned.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with EWI employees at all company locations.
- Support administrative departments with various projects as needed
- Support with any other ad hoc tasks and projects including, but not limited to, holiday gifts for clients and team members, packing new hire binders, booking hotel room for team members, and any housekeeping items around the office.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR| EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Two (2)+ years of office management/administrative assistant experience required.
- Associate's degree in business preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Suite – Outlook & Teams preferred.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR| POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is required and overtime may be needed due to business needs.
COMPENSATION:
$20-$24 / hour
