We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Savannah, GA.

BASF's Catalysts division is the global market leader in catalyst technologies. The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services.

As the Savannah Operations Admin Coordinator, you will provide essential support for BASF and Axens logistical operations. This role involves daily coordination of logistics activities, procurement of supplies, and accurate tracking and reporting of operational data. You will serve as a key link between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

During your X-hour shift as a Admin Coordinator, you will

• Create and manage purchase requisitions and service entries.
• Coordinate domestic and export shipments for the Axens product line.
• Communicate trailer requirements and shipment details with third party logistics partners.
• Perform goods issue transactions for BASF and Axens shipments.
• Post inbound/outbound transfers for Axens materials received from third party logistics partners.
• Track and report daily production and logistics data.
• Maintain weekly inventory counts (pallets, bag liners, slipsheets).
• Order packaging materials and other operational supplies.
• Record compliance data for NPDES reporting.
• Send out daily operational spreadsheets and perform closing duties.

If you...

• Have a high school diploma + 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hold prior experience in logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Show strong organizational and communication skills.
• Are able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
