Salary: $35 – $36 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in wound care to join our team. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities
  • Wound Care: Provide expert care for all open wounds, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete admissions paperwork and maintain thorough, timely documentation.
  • Resident & Family Education: Support and guide residents and their families with wound care knowledge and best practices.
  • Medication & Treatments: Administer wound-related treatments and medications while following infection-control protocols.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold HIPAA and facility care standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
  • Previous wound care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills
