Nassau Suffolk Psychotherapy & Wellness is expanding, and we are exploring opening a new office location in Smithtown, NY. We are seeking warm, skilled, and motivated clinicians who would be excited to help build a new satellite office while joining a highly supportive, collaborative, and clinician-first practice.

NSPW is a multi-site psychotherapy practice focused on high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We provide strong clinical support, weekly supervision, a full admin team, steady referrals, and a genuinely caring work environment.

• LMFT / MFT-Limited Permit
• LCAT / Creative Arts Therapists

Position Expectations

• Minimum 12 client sessions per week (option to increase for higher incentives)
• Timely documentation (within 48 hours)
• Ability to provide therapy to one or more populations (children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, etc.)
• Willingness to contribute to building caseload in a new office location
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and trainings

Ideal Candidates

• Warm, reliable, and professional
• Strong clinical skills (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, etc.)
• Excited about joining a growing practice and supporting a new location launch
• Interested in long-term growth within the practice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
