Canyon Cleaning Solutions is one of the fastest-growing window cleaning & power washing companies in the Valley. We're a young team, fun to work with, and we're building a brand that stands out.

We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing Sales Rep to run door-to-door (residential) AND visit businesses to land commercial accounts. If you're competitive, charismatic, and hungry to make money — this is the perfect role.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors & generate residential leads
• Visit local businesses and pitch commercial contracts
• Build relationships with homeowners, managers, HOAs, and store owners
• Create quotes (we'll train you)
• Follow up with leads
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Keep track of prospects using our CRM
• Help grow our brand across the Valley

Pay & Commission StructureBase Pay System:$14.70/hr (AZ minimum) when under goals$20/hr when you hit weekly standards

Standards include doors knocked, quotes created, and jobs closed.

Commission:10% on all residential jobs you sell10% first invoice on commercial deals5% residual monthly on commercial accountsMonthly Bonuses:

• $10,000 closed → +$300
• $20,000 closed → +$600
• $30,000 closed → +$1,000

Top reps can earn $6,000–$10,000+/month.
There is NO cap.

Expectations (Simple & Fair)

To earn the $20/hr rate:

• 40+ doors/day
• 3 quotes/day
• 1 sale/day
• $15,000–$25,000 monthly sales goal
• 1 new commercial client per month

If you don't hit it — no problem — you still earn hourly + commission.

If you DO hit it — you earn $20/hr + commission + bonuses.
