As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled, licensed plumber to join our team and serve as the primary plumbing license holder for the company.

Position Summary

The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing leak detection and repair, supporting home renovation projects, and ensuring all plumbing work meets state and local code requirements. This individual will act as the company's qualifying plumbing license holder and will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and top-tier service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing leak detection, troubleshooting, and repair in residential and light commercial settings.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, valves, and related components.
• Support home renovation and restoration projects requiring plumbing modifications or new installations.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state, county, and municipal plumbing codes and regulations.
• Serve as the licensed plumber of record for the company and assist with permitting, inspections, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to field technicians and renovation crews.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, work orders, and service records.
• Interact with customers professionally, explain findings, and provide recommendations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency plumbing or water damage service needs.
• Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed at all job sites.

Qualifications

• Active state plumbing license (required; must be eligible to serve as the company's license holder).
• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience in leak detection, repairs, and renovation-related plumbing work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
