General Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to Akrivis about our products and services. This role is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, educating prospective clients about our offerings, and guiding them through the process to conversion. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping us grow our consumer client base.
Typical Duties
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound consumer inquiries via phone, email, and web channels, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Actively listen to customer needs and clearly explain Akrivis' valuation solutions (including both what we do and what we don't provide.)

Perform data entry and record management with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all customer information, interactions, and outcomes are properly logged.
• Accurately qualify and document leads, ensuring every detail is captured in the CRM for seamless tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• Balance high volumes of inquiries with precision in data entry and pipeline management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, appraisal, and support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
• Prioritize and manage workflow effectively, handling multiple tasks and deadlines without sacrificing quality of service or accuracy of information.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets while upholding service-level expectations.
• Deliver a consultative, customer-first experience that reflects Akrivis' values of clarity, accuracy, and trust.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center roles (real estate, mortgage, or financial services background a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and approachable.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and accurate record-keeping.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage workflow: juggle multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-growth business environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with the discipline to balance service quality and performance goals.

Compensation
- Base Salary:
$50,000 - On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$80,000–$100,000 - Structure:
Competitive base + performance-based commissions/bonuses
