Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Process payments efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Uphold fine dining standards by adhering to proper etiquette and service protocols.

Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote menu items effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes is an advantage.
- Strong guest relations skills to foster a positive dining atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a busy kitchen setting.
