Line Cook AM/PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fine dining setting. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs as required.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a fine dining or high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for culinary arts and continuous learning in the kitchen environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
