DTI is seeking highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Developers and Technical Leads
with deep experience across
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for a 6month+ contact in Juno Beach, FL
. These roles require strong hands-on development capabilities as well as the ability to lead technical design, guide development teams, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders. This is a fully onsite role in Juno Beach, FL — ideal for candidates who are local or willing to relocate quickly.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Must work on our W2
- Local to Juno Beach, FL or willing to relocate immediately
- 100% onsite, Monday–Friday
- Ability to
start early Q1 - 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience
- Proven senior-level expertise with
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud - Extensive hands-on development using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Sales & Service Cloud custom builds
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform best practices
Technical Lead Candidates Must Also Have
- Experience driving
end-to-end solution design - Ability to conduct
code reviews
and enforce development standards - Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Client-facing communication skills with the ability to partner directly with business leaders
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Build custom LWC components, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Guide development activities, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize platform performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners
- Support deployment planning, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation
- Drive high-quality delivery within Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, App Builder, etc.)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Experience in large, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps processes
Pay rate: $90-$120
