Position: Store Manager – Dirty Dough Southlake

We're looking for a professional, customer service–driven, sales-focused Manager to partner with the Owner in overseeing daily operations and growing catering and in-store revenue. We're searching for that standout leader who is flexible with scheduling and comfortable working both day and evening shifts.

You will handle key management responsibilities, lead the store team, maintain top-tier product quality, oversee baking and production, manage inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your leadership will directly shape customer experience, sales performance, and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Motivate, train, and mentor the team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to attract new customers, grow traffic, and increase profitability, including catering sales.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and oversee all staff members.
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality across every batch of treats, every product, every shift.
  • Serve fresh cookies all day while managing waste efficiently.
  • Oversee production, baking operations, and daily prep schedules.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels; assist with ordering to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with the Owner.
  • Follow and implement company processes, SOPs, and operational directives.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identify opportunities, and develop improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience with a history of supervising teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated retail sales and customer service success.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Skilled in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with employee orientation, hiring, and training.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
