Product Manager
to help drive the next evolution of our
performance reporting capabilities
.
In this role, you'll focus on taking our intuitive, accurate, and scalable reporting platform to the next level. Empower advisors to communicate investment performance to their clients with clarity and confidence. This position can be hybrid out of Wakefield or Cambridge.
What You'll Do:
- Own the
performance reporting
product roadmap — from vision through execution — within Vestmark's Advisor Suite platform - Collaborate across product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver seamless, advisor-friendly experiences
- Translate market trends, advisor feedback, and business goals into clear product requirements
- Define key success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance
- Partner directly with clients and with our client-facing teams to understand needs and communicate product enhancements effectively
- Contribute to the growth and development of our core values: We Before Me, Positive Energy, Knowledge Explorer, and Own It.
What You Bring:
- *5+ years of product management experience *
, ideally in wealthtech, fintech, or financial services - Strong domain knowledge of
advisor technology
, wealth management workflows, and performance reporting (e.g., TWR, IRR, benchmarks) - Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on
client reporting tools
or performance analytics solutions - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, especially across cross-functional teams
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance advisor needs, platform scalability, and business impact
- Familiarity with agile product development and modern SaaS delivery models
Nice to Have:
- Experience with portfolio accounting or performance systems such as Orion, Tamarac, or Addepar
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations around performance reporting (e.g., GIPS)
- Comfort working with large-scale data sets and data visualization tools

Vestmark takes a market-based approach to compensation to ensure we pay fairly and competitively. Compensation for this role depends on several factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, job scope and location.In addition to base salary, Vestmark offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes equity-based grants for all new hires, company-paid medical premiums of 90%, a competitive time-off program, and other variable compensation, if eligible.
Salary range: $125,000 USD - $140,000 USD
