Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri, and play a vital role in our e-commerce operations. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work within our dynamic fulfillment center, ensuring that orders are processed with speed and precision. Your duties will involve navigating the warehouse, locating specific items, and ensuring they are packaged correctly to meet our high standards. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You'll be an integral part of our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Inspect products for any damage before packing and shipping.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean fulfillment area.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to Safety in all aspects of the job.
