In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting inventory. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks is a core part of your daily duties. Your commitment to Safety is paramount, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices. This position requires individuals who are physically capable of performing tasks that involve significant Lifting and are comfortable working in a warehouse environment. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times while operating machinery. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of goods.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Follow all company procedures for inventory management and order picking/packing.
- Utilize appropriate PPE for all tasks, especially when operating machinery.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including occasional Lifting of items.
