Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting and extended periods of standing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Proficiency in understanding and executing logistics processes.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including substantial Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dedication to workplace Safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
