Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company Safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting and extended periods of standing.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
  • Proficiency in understanding and executing logistics processes.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including substantial Lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
