We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Your primary duties will include picking products from warehouse shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Precision and speed are key to this role, as is a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality. You will work within a team environment, contributing to daily goals and the overall success of the distribution center. We emphasize a safe and organized workplace, and all associates are expected to adhere strictly to safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Securely and efficiently pack items using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment and organize them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet or exceed productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Perform lifting of packages up to 45 lbs throughout the shift.
- Support seamless logistics through accurate order processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Experience with lifting and moving various types of merchandise.
