Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock taking.
- Handle lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
- Experience with lifting and moving materials is essential.
