Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory audits and stock taking.
  • Handle lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Experience with lifting and moving materials is essential.
