Facilities Operations Supervisor

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of facility-related maintenance are executed properly, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscaping. This includes executing projects with precision and timeliness as well as managing budgets effectively.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in maintaining various systems such as mechanics, electrical work and piping. Strong communication skills are essential to coordinate tasks efficiently between team members.

• Ensure efficient functioning of equipment by performing regular checks on pumps,
  motors,generators, ,chillers , , and
  b boilers; addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  establishing project goals
