Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a Picker/Packer! This role is central to our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will work with a dedicated team to meet daily order fulfillment targets, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires speed, accuracy, and a strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures. Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
Label packages correctly with shipping information.
Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable with frequent Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
Commitment to Safety and teamwork.
High school diploma or equivalent.
