Seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial part in our logistics chain, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and timely fulfillment of orders. We value safety and efficiency, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock merchandise and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in team efforts and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Support the smooth operation of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform a variety of warehouse tasks.
- Experience with basic material handling equipment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including consistent Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient logistics operation.
