Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret picking lists and order forms.
- Accurately locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse locations.
- Verify product information and quantities against orders.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Use of RF scanners to track inventory movements.
- Maintain organization of picking areas and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Keep workspace clean and hazard-free.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience, particularly in order picking, is a strong asset.
- Physical ability to perform regular lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, standing, and walking environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
