This role demands physical stamina, as it involves regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory in an organized manner.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist with shipping operations, including loading trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
