Join our fast-paced Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas as a Distribution Center Associate. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
  • Pick customer orders using scanning equipment and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (with certification).
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
  • Properly use all required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and the consistent use of PPE.
  • Must be reliable and able to meet performance expectations.
