Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse inventory based on order requirements.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Package products securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
- Achieve daily picking and packing productivity goals.
- Comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Support inventory control tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in picking/packing or a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
