Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis as a Material Handler! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient movement and storage of materials throughout the facility. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating the smooth flow of goods. You will be operating various equipment, so a commitment to safety and proper handling procedures is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Moving materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Performing inventory counts and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Understanding and following warehouse protocols for handling various materials.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Supporting overall logistics operations and contributing to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to Safety.
