Our bustling Atlanta, Georgia distribution center is looking for energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is a physically active role in a dynamic environment where your speed and precision directly contribute to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals within the logistics flow.
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong desire to contribute.
