Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Durham, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and correctly, maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Process orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Operate various warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Ensure proper use and availability of required PPE.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
  • Capability of lifting items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all guidelines, including wearing PPE.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
