Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Durham, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and correctly, maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Process orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use and availability of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
- Capability of lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all guidelines, including wearing PPE.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
