Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our thriving logistics operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is foundational to our warehouse success, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners and order pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
