Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick ordered items from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping labels.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and warehouse.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Achieve set performance targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology.
- Understanding of logistics and shipping procedures.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
