Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the highest standards of safety. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices in inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is critical to the success of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for training and motivating your team, fostering a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, and a proven track record in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and productivity targets are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
