We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You'll contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Safety is our top priority; therefore, you will receive training on proper lifting techniques and the essential use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods against shipping documents.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas.
- Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Assist in loading outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting methods and the use of required PPE.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive and willing attitude.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
