Are you looking for a fulfilling role in a dynamic warehouse environment? We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in sunny Miami, Florida. This position is fundamental to our operations, involving the movement and management of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and efficiently, contributing to our overall Logistics success. We prioritize a safe working environment for all our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and system updates.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE , such as steel-toed boots and safety vests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
- Ability to handle physical labor, including repetitive tasks and significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
