You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands-on, compassionate care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate the complexities of their healing journey.

*Position Qualifications:*
Possesses a degree in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state.
Preferred -One year of appropriate experience as a physical therapist in community/home health.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
