Field Based Sales
Join the sales team of a respected national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic area sales manager with a hunger and talent for winning new business and developing existing accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for a area sales manager with a construction background.

Role & Responsibilities
Covering the South Coast and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsible for generating and increasing business opportunities.
Develop sales tactics and negotiate contracts in line with annual sales plans.
Promote pre-engineered solutions through depots to increase revenue.
Produce bespoke solutions working with the engineering team.
End-to-end management of all customer accounts within portfolio.
Skills & Experience Required
3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
