Role Overview The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Data and Analytics is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing a multi-year data strategy that positions data as a core business differentiator. This role leads complex, cross-functional teams and initiatives, driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business impact through data, analytics, and machine learning. The SVP partners closely with the ELT to align the data roadmap with the company’s strategic goals and ensures the organization is prepared to capitalize on emerging trends in data and technology. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of a long-term data strategy that transforms data into a competitive advantage. Partner with the ELT to ensure the data roadmap aligns with and supports the company’s long-term business strategy. Identify and act on organizational opportunities that promote stability, clarity, and scalable growth across data functions. Independently manage and grow large, complex teams, including the development of new capabilities across industry groups. Represent the data organization at all levels of seniority, internally and externally, with clarity and influence. Embed leadership principles and high-performance culture across teams, fostering innovation and accountability. Drive cross-functional initiatives that span talent strategy, product and technology development, and enterprise-wide data programs. Deep expertise in data, analytics, and machine learning, with a strong grasp of industry trends and emerging technologies. Proven ability to identify, recruit, and develop high-performing talent across technical and leadership roles. Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
