We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across complex enterprise applications. This role involves designing and executing robust test strategies for Windows and web applications, performing integration testing, and driving automation initiatives using Selenium and TOSCA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and execute manual and automation testing for enterprise applications.
* Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and TOSCA.
* Perform integration testing across multiple systems and platforms.
* Validate functionality for Windows applications, web applications, and APIs.
* Write and optimize SQL queries for backend data validation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards throughout the SDLC.
* Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* 9+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
* Advanced proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and TOSCA automation tools.
* Strong understanding of integration testing methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with Windows applications, web applications, and API testing.
* Ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Snowflake platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.

Pay: $82,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
