So, what does a Customer Sales Advisor do? You'll chat with our customers over the phone each day, ensuring they receive exceptional service, whilst focusing on bringing value to every interaction. Think of it as a chance to introduce helpful options like our Multi-Car insurance, which lets you cover several cars under one policy, or our Multi-Cover insurance, bundling car, van, home, and landlord insurance into just one policy. This not only brings savings and ease to our customers but also helps our business to grow.

Our Customer Value Department As part of the Customer Value Team, you’ll mainly handle calls from current customers, finding ways to assist them, whether it’s making a change to their policy, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries. Our department constantly adapts to meet customer needs and maintain a competitive edge. Our culture is something that needs to be seen to be believed, so we’ve tried to capture it here.

We value flexibility and work-life balance, which is why your time will be split between home and the office. Besides a base salary of £24,636.15, there’s also the chance to earn monthly incentives.
Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.

Application Process We value your time, so we’ve made our application process simple and quick. After you apply, our team will review your application. If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, you’ll have a short phone interview where we will learn more about you and your communication skills. If that goes well, we’ll invite you to our office for a meet & greet. Here, you’ll get to experience our culture for yourself, get a clear understanding of the Customer Sales Advisor role, and finish off with a face-to-face interview with our hiring team. Due to the Christmas period, our meet & greet sessions won’t be taking place until the new year, but we will try our best to update you on the outcome of your interview within a few days.
