Veterinary Client Service Representative

What You'll Do:

• Be the Face of Awesome Customer Service: You'll provide friendly, professional service every time you interact with clients (and their furry friends)
• Answer Phones Like a Pro: Answering phones, help schedule appointments, and manage incoming check-ins.
• Check-In, Check-Out, and Everything In-Between: Greet pets and their owners with a warm welcome, check them in and out, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Lobby Flow Coordinator: Help keep things moving smoothly in our busy lobby—because a happy pet is a calm pet, and a happy owner is a calm owner
• Learn Veterinary Lingo: You'll become familiar with basic veterinary terminology, medications, and health practices—great for your pet knowledge
• Educate Clients: You'll be recommending wellness services, preventative care products, and making sure pets stay healthy and happy.
• Be a Problem-Solver: If a client has a concern, you'll be there to resolve it with empathy, professionalism, and a smile.

Physical Demands:

• This job will keep you on your toes (literally). You'll need to be able to bend, stand, and lift for extended periods of time.
• You may need to lift or move up to 40 pounds—after all, some of our patients are a bit on the larger side

What's the Schedule Like?

• Flexible Shifts: We need someone who can work day and evening shifts (depending on our hospital needs). This keeps things exciting and varied—every day is a little different

• Willingness to Learn: You don't need to know all about veterinary medicine, but a desire to learn about it and use that knowledge to help our clients and their pets is a must
