Site Development Engineering Team Lead

This position serves as both the technical lead and project manager, overseeing project schedules, budgets, client communication, and overall delivery, while mentoring a talented team of civil engineers.

• Lead and manage site development projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor and support a team of civil engineers.
• Oversee grading, utilities, drainage, roadway elements, and civil infrastructure design.
• Prepare and review construction plans, engineering reports, and technical analysis using AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and permitting agencies.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Develop scopes, estimates, and project schedules.
• Support internal workflows, quality assurance, and team development.
• Managing project budgets.

Our Team of Engineers and Scientists are looking for a new team member that possesses the following skills:

• Three to five (3-5) years of drafting experience in AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, actively pursuing PE.
• Professional Engineering license is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma PE reciprocity is preferred.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into clear, accurate plans.
• Skilled in reviewing and checking design work from other CAD staff.
• Strong organization, communication, coordination skills, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to mentor junior CAD staff and share best practices.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass background checks, and willing to complete a drug screen if required.
