Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for employees, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues (Windows, macOS, cloud tools)
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies across internal systems
- Support collaboration and productivity tools (email, video conferencing, project management platforms)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system setup and access control
- Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and routine system checks
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades
