Restaurant Manager – High-Energy Dining & Entertainment Venue

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Restaurant Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in energetic environments and is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Venue
Our restaurant features seating for 100+ guests, a full-service bar for 30+, and a team of 35 employees. We serve lunch daily and host catering, private parties, and special events.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven leader with a dynamic personality and excellent people skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, train, and inspire a diverse team
  • Experience in high-energy dining, nightlife, or club-style environments preferred
  • A creative mindset to develop specials, promotions, events, and concepts that drive traffic and revenue.
  • incorporate Live music, DJs, and high-energy dining are central to our vision.
  • A self-starter who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrives under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including opening/closing shifts, inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Lead guest relations and ensure exceptional service standards
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff while fostering a positive team culture
  • Plan and execute catering events, private parties, promotions, and bar-focused activations
  • Create and update menus, specials, and new concepts to increase volume and bar sales
  • Uphold company standards, operational excellence, and quality control

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service Restaurant Manager experience required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $75,000.00 per year
