At Day & Evening Pet Hospital & Surgical Center you'll feel the warmth and openness of a small clinic, while having the opportunity and support of a united network.

Day and Evening Pet Hospital is a busy 5 doctor. We are in a brand-new building with all state-of-the-art equipment, located in BEAUTIFUL Palm Harbor, FL. We are known to perform a variety of surgical procedures, including specialty procedures, and frequently take referrals from other hospitals. We try our hardest to help as many patients as possible. We see walk-in emergencies and we also support over 20 Rescue Groups

Day & Evening Pet Hospital & Surgical Center is looking for a Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in veterinary client service
  • Enjoys connecting with people and has exemplary customer service skills
  • Believes that attention to detail matters
  • Wants to learn and accepts feedback openly
  • Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Possesses a sense of calm, even in the chaos
  • Demonstrates dependability and ethical decision making
  • Is not afraid of challenges and has determination to work through obstacles
  • Can work well within a team of diverse individuals, showing compassion and empathy
  • Is flexible with their availability and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

The Client Service Representative is a part of our Client Service Team. We value collaboration, a supportive environment, dedication and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We enjoy working together and want to help each other be the best we can be This is a full-time position. Schedule flexibility is required. Night, weekend, and holiday hours will be expected.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
  • Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls
  • Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge
  • Provide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients.
  • Records management
  • Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information.
