Roll-Off CDL Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roll-Off CDL Driver to join our dynamic team In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks. Your expertise in commercial driving, coupled with mechanical knowledge and experience handling various truck types such as front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, will ensure smooth and efficient delivery and pickup operations. Duties

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to load, transport, and unload materials.
• Load and unload containers or materials using mechanical skills and proper lifting techniques for heavy loads.
• Drive in compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws while maintaining a clean driving record.
• Attach and detach roll-off containers securely using hydraulic systems.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours driven, loads delivered or picked up, and vehicle maintenance records.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy-duty trucks including roll-off, front loader, rear loader, dump truck, flatbed, or tractor-trailer.
• Proven experience in commercial driving with a focus on waste management or material hauling preferred.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling of containers or materials.
• Familiarity with load & unload procedures using different truck types such as dump trucks or flatbeds.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
