Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compelling planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Create attractive visual displays using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and layout design principles to enhance store aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the branding team to ensure consistent visual identity across all merchandising materials.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, and inventory audits using retail math techniques.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional displays that attract customer attention and boost sales.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise layouts, pricing strategies, and inventory levels through organized documentation.
• Support retail sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and ensuring product availability aligns with sales goals.

Experience

• Proven experience with visual merchandising, layout design, or interior design within a retail environment.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and familiarity with is a plus for creating detailed layouts and digital presentations.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and how to apply them effectively in retail settings.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying ideas clearly.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Prior experience in retail sales or marketing will enhance your ability to align visual strategies with sales objectives.
