Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a call center
  • 1 year of experience in the home service industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking under pressure
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel; House Call Pro or similar a plus)
  • Team mindset, positive attitude, and genuine empathy for customers

Position Summary:

Earn up to $62K a year as a Customer Service Representative at Simple Lawns & Landscape Design, where you'll be the organized, solution-driven voice supporting our growing team. You help create a smooth customer experience from first contact to scheduling, playing a key role in our fast-growing operation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily workflows
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and urgency
  • Maintain records and job details using CRM systems (HouseCall Pro or similar)
  • Support sales and field teams with scheduling, updates, and communication
  • Follow scripts, processes, and quality standards for consistent performance
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $62,000.00 per year
