Our Naperville, IL branch is one of our newest and fastest-growing locations—and we're looking for a dynamic BCBA ready to take on a leadership role and help shape the future of this clinic.
Our position:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ LBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and program development. This position offers a unique pathway to becoming the Clinical Director of the Naperville location as the branch continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will be a strong clinician with leadership aspirations—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is excited to help grow a new clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA service delivery.
- Supervise and train RBTs and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality implementation of behavior programs.
- Supervise ABA practicum cohort assigned to Naperville Branch.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.
- Contribute to the growth and structure of the Naperville clinic, including staff development and clinical systems.
- Work closely with senior leadership to transition into the Clinical Director role, taking on responsibilities in team management, program quality, and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Illinois Behavior Analyst License (LBA) (required).
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (required).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required).
- 2–4 years of BCBA experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- W2 employment
- Tiered salary model based on years of practice (80k-105k annually)
