The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline and support rapid revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll focus on high-quality prospecting, scheduling demos, and refining early-stage sales processes that drive our GTM engines.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
    – Identify and engage high-fit prospects through outbound calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Demo Scheduling
    – Turn qualified interest into scheduled demos by managing outreach, addressing objections, and ensuring seamless handoffs to AEs.
  • Inbound Qualification
    – Quickly qualify inbound leads, determine fit, and follow up promptly to maximize conversions.
  • Nurturing & Follow-Through
    – Build rapport, tailor messaging, and stay disciplined with follow-up to keep opportunities progressing.
  • Team Collaboration
    – Share insights with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing. Contribute to playbooks and support continuous improvements across the GTM team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or data-driven B2B; experience in the employee benefits sector preferred.
  • A high-energy, self-motivated representative who takes ownership of their pipeline and executes with consistency.
  • A clear communicator who writes effectively, calls confidently, and maintains strong follow-up discipline.
  • Someone who is data-aware, organized, and maintains strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred).
  • A coachable, collaborative teammate who shares insights to strengthen GTM execution.
