About the Role

As a Medical Assistant at Lam Clinic, you'll be cross-trained across all departments, giving you the opportunity to understand the full scope of clinic operations—from front desk duties to hands-on clinical procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients; take vitals and room patients
• Assist with patient check-out and help guide supplement usage
• Educate patients on test kits and alternative therapies
• Perform procedures such as:
• Blood draws, injections
• ABI, Spirometry, EKG
• Allergy testing, WAVI brain scans
• Ozone and hormone therapies, PR treatments
• Assist providers with PAPs and additional therapies
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Handle medical equipment and assist with intake procedures
• Fulfillment duties, including picking and cleaning
• Support physicians and clinic staff as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required); some college preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical setting (required)
• Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM; testing required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for learning
• Comfortable in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
• Medical Specialty: Integrative and Functional Medicine
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Requirements:

• Education: High school or equivalent (required)
• Experience: 2 years in a medical field (required)
• Work Location: In person (but willing to travel)
