We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET and Angular Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade web applications for the healthcare domain. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using .NET Core and Angular, aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI/PII).
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring interoperability with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Review, refactor, and optimize existing code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, clarify objectives, and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and design complex data models and ETL processes for high-volume healthcare data.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and deliver incremental business value within sprint timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and change logs for audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing logic and execution paths for critical healthcare workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices across all development activities.
• Perform end-to-end development and deployment to a Docker and Kubernetes cluster environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular.
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale applications in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and data modelling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and compliance requirements (HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
